In honor of healthy blogs, I wanted to share my current favorite smoothie with you guys. I've had several emails from friends asking me for more healthy recipes, so here goes! I've been tinkering around with this recipe for about a year now and this green smoothie is hands down my favorite. It's sweet and tangy and gives you instant energy. I swear it's magic. Place all of these ingredients in a high-powered blender in the order that they're written, with the lemon juice going in first. Blend until smooth. The kind of kale that you use really makes a difference. I LOVE Lacinato and Dinosaur kale. Happy drinking! - Lesley
