Keto Hot Cocoa
Merry Christmas!! I’ve been keto for almost two weeks now and while it’s tempting to feel sorry for yourself when you give up sugar during the holidays… I feel SO MUCH better!!! Sugar is the enemy friends, even though I know it’s hard to hear and I completely understand waiting until the New Year to give it up BUT this keto hot cocoa is so yummy you won’t even miss the sugar! I adapted this recipe from here after seeing Ali Landry on Hallmark’s Home and Family (oh yeah!!).
KETO HOT COCOA
You will need:
12 oz non-dairy milk (I used almond milk!)
1 T Cacao Butter
1 t Maca Powder
1/2 t Ashwagandha (optional)
Blend on high in a high power blender like a Vitamix until you can feel the warmth on the pitcher and there is steam coming out! Serve with optional Stevia or or Peppermint Vitality! Enjoy!!
