Our Favorite White Paint Colors
Favorite white paint colors! Let’s do this! I recently asked on instagram for you guys to weigh in on your favorite white paint colors. We are in the process of painting the inside of our church white and I wanted to explore all of our options. I’m calling this “our favorite white paints” because I’m going to share mine and yours! YAY! Nothing says clean, crisp, and blank slate like a gorgeous white paint color. In no particular order, here are the colors that were mentioned again and again!
pure white by sherwin williams
Pure White was recommended by two people I trust implicitly (Maggie + Brooke) and it’s a white with some subtle grey undertones. Really pretty and classic.
chantilly white by benjamin moore
Chantilly White is what I would call a “gallery wall white.” It’s a true white that is crisp and modern and perfect for highlighting art and other decor. If you are looking for a pure and true white, this one is perfect!
simply white by benjamin moore
One of the most frequently recommended white paint colors was Simply White. Simply White is a warm white that works well with cool and warm colors. Super versatile!
alabaster by sherwin williams
This is the white that we used in our entire home. Alabaster is also a warm white but the undertone is very greige to me. It’s very sophisticated (imho) and looks great at all hours of the day. I just love it!
swiss coffee by benjamin moore
The name Swiss Coffee is actually very misleading! This is a beautiful white with very soft taupe-y undertones. We used this on Matilda’s bookshelves in her room and the queen Shea McGee used this throughout her home (at 75% strength). It’s so pretty!
