WEEK FIVE

Week five! Sam and I decided to give each other hot bodies for our anniversary;). We are starting Insanity this week. Ahhhh. We did the fit test yesterday and um it was so hard. Have any of you done it? Help me. I just feel like I want to be in the best shape that I can be in and I'm excited about the challenge. I always appreciate getting inspiration on the web for workout motivation. Just take Ashley Greene (above) for example. There are about one thousand pictures of her leaving the gym. I mean, it shows! She looks amazing. I asked a really beautiful friend of mine what her workout routine was the other day and she said cardio every day, strength training five days a week. Wow! We are going to attempt six days a week. Wish us luck! Here's another way I get fired up, gotta have a good playlist:
