MAELU DESIGNS

So excited to introduce you guys to Maelu Designs today. My brother's adorable girlfriend Meg designs the most amazing block printed scarves, wraps, and bags (coming soon!) made in India using vegetable dyes. The first time I saw them I was totally crazy about them. Meg has an amazing heart, she follows a sustainable business model by not only creating naturally made items but by also making responsible business decisions. Maelu directly supports the artisans in India that block-print the beautiful fabric and also donates a portion of all profits directly to www.globalfundforwomen.org. That's her below modeling one of her turbans. I made her give me a tutorial. :)


Meg works closely with the artisans to create these unique block prints. I love her choice of natural dyes... lots of black, green, red, mustard... I also really love the infinity design, makes getting the right scarf look super easy. You can wear one long loop or double it up. Perfect for these sunny, cooler October days. We have had the most stunning weather in the south!
